The section with the upcoming events shows them sorted by sports and by countries / leagues, making it easier for punters to locate exactly what they are looking for. Football, of course, is their first choice.
Live streaming of the events is not available at 10bet – I guess they are not big enough yet for such a service. Their extra services are pretty average: live scores and statistics, and that’s about it.

Although it claims it’s available 24/7, the response times of the 10bet customer support vary. I am writing this article on a Saturday, around noon, and I got a response through live chat in about 30 seconds. At night or on Sundays these times can be much longer. I haven’t tried to contact them by phone and fax (their phone number points to a call center in Bulgaria, and their fax number points to their offices in the UK).
The 10bet FAQ is brief, covering only the bear minimum of issues a player can meet during a visit to their website. They also offer a short description of the available bet types, and quite an extensive section covering the betting rules by sports – this is definitely useful.

After reading a series of user reviews about 10bet, and visiting their website on numerous occasions, I have come to the conclusion that it has the potential to grow big, but it has many aspects it needs improvements on. Players rate this bookmaker to be average – there are reviews that are definitely positive. Still, the 10bet sportsbook has a high number of punters returning to it frequently, so we can definitely conclude that it is an operation to keep an eye on.
